Return & Exchange Policy

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods within 14 (fourteen) days without giving a reason by notifying the Seller thereof. In order to return the product, the Buyer must:

1. The returned product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (undamaged packaging, peeled off protective films, etc.). This item does not apply in the event of the return of a defective product.
2. A product is considered to be of poor quality if its packaging or bottle is damaged. Odor retention is not considered an indication of a defective product.
3. Opened, tested perfumes are not returned in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Before returning the product, an application must be submitted by e-mail info@ziuzi.lt. The application must state the date of purchase, order number, name and condition of the returned product.
5. The goods can be returned in person or by courier to the address: Ziuzi.lt office, Ukmergės str. 251, Vilnius, Lithuania.
6. You can return unused goods within 14 days of receipt.
7. If the goods are returned by courier, the Buyer is responsible for the proper packaging and safe shipping of the goods. When returning a quality product, the costs of its delivery and return costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
8. The money is returned to the buyer's account within 14 days of the return of the goods.
